No surprises: the results are permanent and contractually guaranteed, and the cost of the full treatment process is fixed and clearly explained from the outset. But we don’t stop there! If any stubborn hairs start growing back, perhaps a few years down the line (which almost never happens), we will remove them for free, because they are still included in your initial cost. Once you have completed the process, the Lifetime Guarantee takes effect: it is written into the contract between you and epìLate, protecting your rights. The Lifetime Guarantee means that if new hair grows back in visible quantities, you can go to any epìLate centre and have the necessary treatment at no extra cost: up to three sessions per year, forever, with no time limit.
