The epìLate Academy training course lasts two weeks and is divided into three main modules:
Content: during the first week, participants will learn the theoretical fundamentals of advanced aesthetics as they apply to the unique epìLate method, which has been developed over 15 years and more than 50,000 customers treated. The training will cover the hair life cycle, understanding the customer’s medical history, and different treatment case studies according to different skin phototypes. Additionally, the course includes business strategies and hands-on training with the epìLate centre management platform.
Content: The second week will be devoted to the practical application of the newly acquired theoretical knowledge. Participants will use the treatment machines and simulate different customer situations. The training also covers essential aspects of centre management, including stock control, till operation, and cleaning the centre.
After the two-week training course, the future practitioners will be supported by experienced mentors in the epìLate centres. This coaching period will allow them to put their new skills into practice, managing their first customers under the supervision of their mentors.
